PDF - Government Smart Card Guidelines

The Physical Access Interagency Interoperability Working Group (PAIIWG) / U.S. Government Smart Card Interagency Advisory Board (GSC-IAB) Technical Guidance document is available online, thanks to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) website, tsa.gov.

The standards set out in this PDF-formatted document are designed to reduce wasteful and inefficient spending by providing a single set of expectations for smart cards and related access control systems used by government agencies.
