GE Product Discontinuance Notice
Due to component obsolescence, GE Security today released this press announcement, regarding the immediate production discontinuance of the following items:
CK8RP Cardkey Reader Interface, 8 Reader
Part # 110119501
STI (Secure Terminal Interface), used with CK8RP
Part # 520678001
Model 351 Time Display, Gray, "970" style enclosure
Part # 430118001
Modem Chassis, 16-Slot, Rack Mount, 110/230VAC
Part # 420485001
Limited quantities of these products are still available. Orders for these products will be satisfied on a first come, first served basis until stock is depleted. After stock has been depleted, GE Security will be unable to supply additional quantities of these products. For the 16-slot modem chassis, part number 420485001, our supplier no longer manufactures this product and no additional orders will be accepted.
These products continue to be supported with the current release of M Controllers including the PX, PXN and PXNplus, as well as Secure Perfect 6.1.1 and Picture Perfect 3.0 access control and security management systems. Future system and controller releases may not be able to support these products. However, system support will continue under the noted releases.
The remaining stock will be sold with full, standard warranties. In addition, GE Repair Centers will continue to offer repair services for at least 5 years.
