Mauro C. DeFelice
Group Director of Pennsylvania Operations
Mauro is responsible for day to day operations in InterTECH’s Pennsylvania locations including InterTECH’s Global Security Operations Center in Johnstown, PA. His twenty-two plus years in Global Manufacturing and Financial Services has been focused extensively on voice and data connectivity, customer services and information security.
While working in the banking industry, Mauro designed and implement the first secure wire transfer service over the Internet. The system provided electronic data transfer of funds over the Internet while providing for multi-layered authentication, data encryption, and digital signatures.
Prior to joining the InterTECH team Mauro held several management positions for a global manufacturing company. Mauro was responsible for global voice and data connectivity services, security architecture, real time incident response, data center operations, service desk and disaster recovery management, Sarbanes-Oxley security compliance, security policy requirements and enforcement, intrusion detection, and other related information technology activities.
Mauro is a member of the ANSI X9-F3 Security Committee and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Italy.
