Matt’s entire professional career has been in sales, sales management and organizational leadership. For over 26 years Matt has experienced success from sales representative to national vice president.Matt’s business experience ranges from the banking and insurance industries to medical manufacturing and distribution services.Matt utilizes his experience to ensure a customer centric approach by the executive team and all InterTECH associates.
Matt’s management accomplishments include leading merger teams, developing management information systems, developing sales strategies for new and existing products and services, and coordinating recruiting and hiring processes.
Matt is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a BA in Business Administration.He has completed many certification courses from the American Management Association, The Fortune-Group International, Dale Carnegie, and Miller Heiman.
